Shipping

We ship via FedEx Ground to all 50 states and international. We do offer expedited shipping in 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air, and Next Day Air (Overnight). For an expedited shipping quote, please call (800) 658-2473 or email sales@tbirdusa.com and provide us with the item(s) you wish to purchase and your zip code. We also offer United States Postal Service quotes to all 50 states and Canada.

Returns

We accept returns on an approval basis within 30 days of the purchase. Our standard restock charge is 20%. Custom items such as pitched products and certain others are not returnable.

There are two ways to request an RMA:

1. Call (800) 658-2473 and speak with our customer service.
2. Email sales@tbirdusa.com.

Once your RMA is approved, you will receive a notification via phone or email, depending on your method of use.
