Thunderbird Products, Inc. ("we" or "us") warrants the new product(s) sold to the purchaser ("you") under this purchase order as described in this invoice ("Product") to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one year from the date the original purchase from Thunderbird of the Product.

If the Products fails during normal and proper use during the warranty period, you must notify us (1895 Gillespie Way, El Cajon, CA 92020; by phone at either (800) 658-2473 or (619) 448-3567; or by e-mail to warranty@tbirdusa.com) within thirty days of that failure and get from us an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. If we request the Product be shipped to us, we will give you information so you can do so at our cost.

During the period of this limited warranty and upon receiving timely notice of such a failure, we will, at our option and at our facilities, repair any defect in material or workmanship or furnish to you an equal product in exchange. We will ship the repaired or replacement product to you at our cost. You are responsible for all other costs, including but not limited to, labor charges for removal, installation, repair or replacement, any shipping, delivery, handling and administrative charges, and all necessary or incidental costs. This warranty does not cover defects caused by modification or alteration of the Product by anyone other than us, or caused by accident, abuse or misuse of the Product.

THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are waived by you to the maximum extent possible and, to the extent not so waived, limited to the terms of this express warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. To the extent applicable law does not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, such limitations do not apply to those persons. This express limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that very from state to state.
